PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incineration exhaust gas treatment filter which is heatresistant, chemical-resistant, antistatic, and excellent in efficiency in treating harmful gases contained in an exhaust gas. SOLUTION: This filter comprises a fabric-like or felt-like substrate material coated with a fluororesin layer containing at least 20 wt.% anatase titanium oxide in a coating weight of 10 g/m2 or higher.
