PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-crystalline polyester resin composition which gives a molded article having high impact resistance and is excellent in the stability of physical properties when subjected to a high-temperature heat treatment such as boiling or to long-term storage, and a molded article made by using it. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises a resin composition (C) obtained by melting and kneading a polyester resin (A) with an epoxidized diene block copolymer (B) having epoxy groups on the main chain, and has a retention of tensile elongation at break of at least 90% after immersion in hot water at 60 deg.C for 120 hr and a retention of tensile elongation at break of at least 20% after heat treatment in a saturated steam at 120 deg.C for 1 hr.
