THERMOSTABLE FILLING STUFF OF CONFECTIONERY FOR MILITARY USE

PURPOSE: Provided is a thermostable filling stuff of confectionery for military use which gives soft mouth feeling and has various tastes and flavors. CONSTITUTION: A thermostable filling stuff of confectionery for military use is characteristically manufactured by mixing ingredients including wheat flour, sugar, lactose, oil, lecithin, dried strawberry powder, flavorings and colorings with an emulsifying agent having HLB of 10 at 35 deg.C for 3 hours using a homomixer; and dispersing the mixture thereof and extruding it. The emulsifying agent is added in the amount of 0.2-2 wt.%.
