SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANAGING DOCUMENT AT ON-LINE/OFF-LINE

PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing a document at on-line/off-line are provided to manage a document totally for achieving a control of a copy and a distribution and a prevention a falsification of an electronic document and a printed document printing the document at an on-line/off-line. CONSTITUTION: An electronic civil affairs document issuing/transmitting server(10) is connected to a user terminal(22), an electronic civil affairs institution(30) and a financial institution(40) by a remote control through a PSDN(Packet Switched Data Network)(20) which is a packet data communication network. The server(10) codes and stores various kinds of electronic civil affairs documents being supplied in the electronic civil affairs institution(30) and downloads an electronic civil affairs document requested by the corresponding user to the user terminal(22) through the PSDN(20). The server(10) is connected to an operator computer(12), and various detail contents as an issuing of an electronic civil affairs document and a transmission operation may be set by a command being received from the operator computer(12). A server operator manages the server(10) and controls an operation through the operator computer(12). The server(10) is connected to the financial institution(40) through the PSDN(20), and transmits charging information according to the corresponding users in accordance with supplying an electronic civil affairs document to the financial institution(40) for a calculation when the document is supplied to a user. The electronic civil affairs institution(30) supplies various kinds of an electronic civil affairs document to the server(10) through the PSDN(20).
