PURPOSE: A power system for power stability in a switching mode power supply is provided to reduce a conductive high frequency noise, minimize power loss due to a switching operation, and stabilize a power. CONSTITUTION: An AC input power is supplied to an input terminal of a capacitor and a bridge diode(BD) through an overload protection fuse(F1), a surge absorber circuit(1) and a conductive noise reduction circuit(2). A conductive nose reduction circuit(12) that is installed on the input terminal to which the AC power is inputted removes a conductive nose of the first minus. The overload protection fuse(F1) cuts off an AC power when an overload is formed on a rear end equipment, and prevents further AC power from being supplied to the equipment. The surge absorber circuit removes a surge element contained in the AC power, i.e., inrush current, and the conductive noise reduction circuit(2) filters a conductive nose contained in the AC power. Two resistances(R1,R2) are connected in series on both ends of the capacitor and function as a discharge resistance.
