PURPOSE: A thermal deformation preventive method of a tire bead part and structure thereof are provided to prevent a bead part of a tire from being contacted to a hot rim flange part directly and thermal deformation by injecting air to the tire in fitting the tire to the rim and arranging a thermal insulating spacer in the rim flange part. CONSTITUTION: A tire(20) is fitted to a rim(10) of a vehicle wheel, and a thermal insulating spacer(50) is arranged in a flange part of the rim. The rim is composed of a bead seat part(12) and the rim flange part, and the inner bead seat part is extended outward more than the outer bead seat part. The inner rim flange part is arranged out of the outer rim flange part. The spacer is inserted to the extended portion of the bead seat part, and fixed between the inner rim flange part and the bead part. The ring-shaped spacer is enlarged temporarily, and fitted to the rim. Thermal deformation of a bead part(21) is prevented against the hot rim flange part with restricting the bead part from being contacted to the rim flange part. The thermal insulating spacer is inserted between the rim flange and the bead part to prevent thermal deformation. The life span of the tire is lengthened, and traveling stability is improved.
