PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair dye composition which has an extremely high hair- dyeing force, is scarcely faded with the passage of time, and hardly changes the color of the agent, even when stored. SOLUTION: This hair dye composition containing a direct dye (1) [R1 to R4 are each a (substituted) 1 to 6C alkyl, a (substituted) alkenyl or a (substituted) aryl; R3 and R4 form a 5- to 12-membered ring together with the adjacent carbon atom; R5 is H, a (substituted) 1 to 6C alkyl, a (substituted) alkenyl, a (substituted) aryl or an acyl; X1 and X2 are each H or a halogen atom; Y1 and Y2 are each H, a (substituted) 1 to 6C alkyl, a (substituted) alkenyl, a (substituted) 1 to 6C alkoxy or a halogen atom; Z1 and Z2 are each H, a (substituted) 1 to 6C alkyl, a (substituted) alkenyl, a (substituted) 1 to 6C alkoxy, nitro or a halogen atom; A- is an anion]. |
