PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packing sheet for a triangular rice ball capable of forming a sealed packing form by wrapping both surfaces and bottom surface of the triangle of the triangular rice ball in a film in a channel shape, further wrapping the inclined surface of the triangular rice ball in the protruding parts of the film, and supperposing four corners of the film on the triangular surfaces of the triangular rice ball to bond a paper base to the superposed part of the film to seal the film, and to provide the packing form of the triangular rice ball. SOLUTION: An opening stripe 2 is welded to the almost central part in the lateral direction of the rectangular packing film 1, and a pair of label obliquely tearing stripes 3 are welded to the packing film 1 in the vicinity of the side edges in the lateral direction thereof to form tear start end forming notches 4,4 and an obliquely tearing start end forming notch 8. At the time of opening, the stripes 3 are rolled by 180 deg. from a pair of label obliquely tearing start ends 3a to obliquely tear the paper label and, subsequently, the tear start ends 2a are rolled by 180 deg. to tear the packing film 1 to tear the paper label 11 so as to exceed the bottom side surface of the triangular rice ball M. The packing bisected left and right is opened from the bottom side surface of the triangular rice ball M to be easily removed.
