PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater control device for a spacecraft for improving system resources and reliability by setting and changing a measuring temperature range even after launching the spacecraft, and reducing the circuit number for further accurately controlling a temperature of the spacecraft. SOLUTION: This heater control device 20 for the spacecraft is connected to plural heaters 26 and a temperature sensor 27 of the spacecraft, and has a switching part 21, a bias circuit 22, an A/D converting part 23, a control part 30 and an I/F part 24, and performs control by communicating with a ground unit via a spacecraft bus from this I/F part 24. A control part 30 has a control part body 31, a, data table 32 and a data converting part 33.
