PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a large amount of highly accurate products at a low cost by facilitating alignment thereof. SOLUTION: Ink channels 14, 24 are processed in parallel to be formed on a first piezoelectric material substrate 10 and a second piezoelectric material substrate 20, respectively such that pitches are shifted. Driving electrodes 15, 25 are formed on the ink channels 14, 24, respectively. Drawing electrodes 16, 26 connected to the driving electrodes 15, 25, respectively are formed. Cover substrates 17, 27 for covering the ink channels 14, 24, respectively are provided to the first piezoelectric material substrate 10 and the second piezoelectric material substrate 20 by leaving the drawing electrodes 16, 26. The first and second piezoelectric material substrates 10, 20 are stuck with each other in such a manner that the sides opposite to the sides having the cover substrates 17, 27 face to each other and they are cut along the center line and nozzle plates 18 having nozzle holes 18a corresponding to the ink channels 14, 24 are provided to the cut pieces, respectively.
