CONSTITUTION: A client tries a direct calling or clicks(404) a wanted virtual number service through a classification search(401) by directly executing a program for an Internet virtual number service client in a user terminal and inputting an Internet virtual number for a voice information service on an Internet virtual number service input window for a voice information service, and connects to an Internet virtual number service for a voice information service. The client may connect to the Internet virtual number service for a voice information service by connecting(403) to a web site of a known Internet virtual number service provider for a voice information service and clicking(406) an Internet virtual number icon for a voice information service on a web site of the Internet virtual number service provider for the voice information service. The client may connect to the Internet virtual number service by connecting(402) to a web site of an Internet virtual number service server and searching(405) an interested Internet virtual number service web site for voice information service and Internet virtual number for a voice information service and performing the above (403) and (406) stages through(407) an Internet virtual number service web site for a voice information service or performing the above (401) and (404) stages through(408) an Internet virtual number for a voice information service.
