PURPOSE: Provided is a one-liquid type aqueous polyurethane adhesive composition for vacuum thermoforming, which is excellent in water-resistance and heat-resistant adhesiveness. CONSTITUTION: The one-liquid type aqueous polyurethane adhesive composition is produced by a process comprising the steps of: preparing a polyurethane prepolymer with an isocyanate terminal by condensing a polyol mixture and a polyisocyanate; dispersing the polyurethane prepolymer with the isocyanate terminal in water; chain-extending the dispersed matter of the polyurethane prepolymer by using a polyamine selected from the group consisting of ethylene diamine, diethylene triamine, triethylene tetramine, and tetraethylene pentamine; post-curing the chain-extended dispersed matter at 25-80deg.C by adding a crosslinking agent selected from the group consisting of a carbodiimide, an oxazoline, and an epoxy.
