The equipment for a percutaneous screw bonding of joints, and especially blocking and/or fusion of vertebrae, has a Kirschner wire (23) with its point positioned percutaneously on the processus articularis superior (12) of a vertebra. A further Kirschner wire (22) has the point (40) positioned percutaneously on the processus costalis (15) of the vertebra. A sleeve (25) is positioned in relation to the connecting line between the points (41,40) of both Kirschner wires (23,22) to guide a bone drill and position the bone screw.
