PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pallet fixing structure of a forklift capable of reliably fixing a pallet. SOLUTION: This pallet fixing structure comprises first and second pressing members 21 and 22 to be inserted in the pallet 16 together with a fork 14, and operating means 18 and 19 for operating both pressing members in the vertical direction. The pressing members 21 and 22 implement the operation for simultaneously pressing upper and lower inner surfaces of the pallet 16 to fix the pallet 16 and the operation for being simultaneously separated from the pallet 16 to open the pallet 16.
