PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel assembling type structure using a panel lighened without degrading pressure resistant strength. SOLUTION: The panel assembling type structure consists of a bottom panel 2, a pair of the wall panels 3 erected from the opposed two sides of the bottom panel 2, and the upper panel 4 joined to the upper parts of the wall panels 3 and cover panels 5 bonded so as to cover two surfaces remaining after the bottom panel 2, the wall panels 3 and the upper panel 4 are joined. And the bottom panel 2, the wall panels 3 and the upper panel 4 have panel materials 6 having a projected shape and the frame pieces 8,9 provided along the respective sides of the panel materials 6, and the frame pieces 8,9 comprise the grooves 11a, 11b formed along the longitudinal direction of the frame pieces 8,9 and the reinforcing materials 12a, 12b fixed to the grooves 11a, 11b through a filler 13.
