PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium with a slip binder which is simply manufactured with such an advantage that the release of slips one by one is ensured without fear about the simultaneous release of a plurality of the slips. SOLUTION: The medium with a slip binder is of such a construction that the adhesion line 9 of the first piece of the slip 4 from the top is provided at a closest point to the upper side part and the adhesion lines 9 of the following pieces of the slip 4 are adhesively attached in such a way that the adhesion lines 9 are sequentially deviated downward. In addition, the adhesion line 9 of the medium to which the slip binder is attached is provided at a remotest position from the upper side. When the first piece 4 of the slip binder is turned up from down to up by holding the medium such as an envelope to which the binder is attached, a release force is initially transmitted to the adhesion line 9 present between the first piece 4 and the second piece 5 of the slip and the release of these pieces 4, 5 is begun. Once that the release action has been begun, the release force is almost not transmitted to the following pieces right under the pieces 4, 5 and consequently, one piece on the top is positively released without releasing the following pieces under the pieces 4, 5 simultaneously. Thus when the following pieces are released, their steady release one by one is ensured.
