PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably prevent leakage of water at a connection part between a tool holder and a feed water pipe. SOLUTION: In a main spindle 1 of a machining center, the feed water pipe 9 is inserted in a tool lifting pin 3 and connected to a cutting liquid passage 8 of a tool holder 5. A step part 11 is formed at the inside of the front end of the feed water pipe 9 and a seal member 12 is fixed at the step part 11. The seal member 12 is molded in the shape of a cylinder long in the axial direction of the main spindle by using a soft material, such as rubber, and adhered to the step part 11 by baking or an adhesive. A lip-shaped part 13 making close contact with the rear end face of a pull stud bolt 7 is situated at the front end of the seal member 12.
