PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice treatment device for mainly simplifying a convenience of the rice washing work wherein water is not used so as not to produce rice-washing waste water and time of treatment is shortened. SOLUTION: The rice treatment device is provided with a hopper 13 in which rice is stored, a rice washing part 20 which grinds the surface of rice which is introduced from the hopper 13, a rice polishing part 21 which polishes the surface of rice from the rice washing part 20, a rice bran receiving vessel 5 which receives rice bran produced by the treatment at the rice washing part 20 and the rice polishing part 21, and a motor 2 which rotatively drives both of a rotator 18 fitted to the rice washing part 20 and a rotator 19 fitted to the rice polishing part 21.
