PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temper rolling method of a galvanized sheet iron by which the adhesion of zinc to the peripheral surface of a roll is suppressed, also the adhered zinc is satisfactorily removed from the peripheral surface of the roll and the roll life is prolonged when performing the temper rolling of the galvanized sheet iron using rolls having larger surface roughness. SOLUTION: This method is a method for temper rolling of the galvanized sheet iron using a temper rolling mill provided with work rolls the center-line average hight Ra of the peripheral surface of the rolls of which is 2.0-6.0μm. By supplying temper rolling liquid in which water-soluble components are diluted with water to 2-15 vol.% concentration at the flow rate of >=5 l/min toward at least one side of the work roll and the galvanized steel sheet, the film of the temper-rolling liquid is formed so as to cover the peripheral surface of the work roll.
