PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lost or stolen pachinko prize from being brought again in a distribution passage of the pachinko prize by being forged, and to prevent a person trying to fraudulently cash the forged pachinko prize from performing the same act. SOLUTION: A card supply control base 10 is provided with a storage means for storing and holding a table on use permission/nonpermission of a delivered pachinko prize substitute card and a means for informing stopping of use of a use unpermitted pachinko prize substitute card to at least either one base of a wholesale base 10, a game parlor base 20 and a buying base 30 by specifying the use unpermitted pachinko prize substitute card by referring to this table.
