PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To let even a beginner easily handle a flower arrangement apparatus used for arranging flowers in a flower bowl while utilizing the most of characteristics of a frog. SOLUTION: This flower arrangement apparatus 1 is provided with a frog member 2 made of a synthetic resin and provided with multiple upward needles 5, and suckers 7, 7 are mounted on the lower face of the frog member 2, while, on the upper face of the frog member 2, a frame body 13 and a supporting part 14 formed inside the frame body 13 are arranged, and a supporting member 3 made of a synthetic resin and provided with a supporting material 10 supporting a flower base side and a supporting column 11 supporting the supporting material 10 at a predetermined height is mounted freely removably.
