PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagonally house a kitchen knife 27. SOLUTION: The kitchen knife 27 is put into an inclined state (in Figure, a handle 28 is directed to a left side and the base end of the handle 28 is positioned to face a recess 15) and thereafter a blade 29 of the kitchen knife 27 is fitted into a blade pass slit 14 and when the base of the handle 28 of the kitchen knife 27 is fitted into the recess 15, the moment to rotate the bottom end of the blade 29 acts on the kitchen knife 27 around the segment abutting the under surface of the recess 15 in the lower part at the base of the handle 28 as a fulcrum a, by which the upper part at the base of the handle 28 is struck against the top surface of the recess 15.
