PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To substantially decrease skin trouble such as diaper rash. SOLUTION: The diaper 10 having a fluid-permeating top sheet 11, a fluid- non-permeating back sheet 12 and an absorbent body 13 arranged between the top sheet 11 and back sheet 12, is provided with a skin-contact sheet 18 arranged on the top sheet 11 with at least its both longitudinal ends bonded to either the top sheet 11 or the back sheet 12, an opening part 20 formed at a part of the skin contact sheet 18 to make up an under-crotch area of the diaper 10, and flexible elastic members 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b connected to the skin contact sheet 18 in an extended state so as to surround the opening part 20.
