PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items and improve assembling efficiency. SOLUTION: An outer case 2 has a locking hole 29 provided piercing a wall part on the opposite side to the open side of a lid 4, parallel with a support shaft 27, and a pressing plate spring 8 provided at the bottom part to energize an insert-fitted inner case 3 in the detaching direction. The inner case 3 is provided with a locking plate spring 9 set in such shape as to be fitted into the locking hole 29 in the state of being insert-fitted into the outer case 2 so as to be able to lock the jump-out of the inner case 3 from the outer case 2 by the pressing plate spring 8. The lid 4 has a lock release claw 47 for releasing the lock, with the tip abutting on the locking plate spring 9 in the open state by rotating around the support shaft 27.
