PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the constitution of a soil cleaning device for cleaning soil contaminated by chemical materials, etc., simpler and smaller in size, to make its maintenance simpler and to make the installation and degree of freedom in movement greater and more cost effective in independent operation by the self-supply of electric power. SOLUTION: An adsorption vessel 1 is connected by inflow piping 5 to a well for sucking soil gas through a high-pressure blower 3a for suction and a gas-liquid separation vessel 4 at an intake port 2 disposed in its lower part and is communicated with exhaust piping 7 on a downstream side from an air exit 6 at the apex. A cartridge heater 11 is inserted in the vessel to the downward space of an active carbon layer 10 to lower the humidity of the soil gas, by which the temperature of the soil gas is adjusted to a prescribed temperature at which the active carbon is liable to be adsorbed. The constitution provided with an active carbon vessel 15 for separated water in communication with the lower side from the bottom of the gas-liquid separation vessel 4 is built into a stand 20, by which the device is downsized. A driving power source for driving the high-pressure blower 3a is provided with a solar battery 21, a wind power generator 22 and a fuel battery 36 so that the self-supply of the electric power by the utilization of natural and chemical energy is made possible. |
