PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colorant master batch which is suitable for producing colored optical resin molded articles such as colored DVD substrates and colored CD-R substrates. SOLUTION: This colorant master batch for being blended with an optical resin material comprising a thermoplastic resin to obtain colored optical resin molded articles, characterized by satisfying a specific conditional expression, wherein Mv1 is the viscosity-average mol.wt. of the optical resin material and Mv2 is the viscosity-average mol.wt. of the master batch, and wherein the viscosity-average mol.wt. is defined in the specification. |
