PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air bag module mounting structure capable of removing an air bag module from a steering wheel. SOLUTION: A plurality of pins projected in the bottom face of the air bag module are inserted into the insertion holes 18 provided in the steering wheel, and the hook section formed in each pin is made to engage with a locking wire 23 made from a continuous elastic wire provided in the insertion holes 18. Through this constitution, the air bag module is mounted on the steering wheel. The locking wire 23 is engaged with a locking projection 26 to be held at a releasing position P2 and the engagements of a plurality of the hook sections with the locking wire 23 are released simultaneously by pressing and moving the locking wire 23 by means of an operation section 24. |
