PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning tool for a floor with which dust can be accurately and quickly collected and the dust can be pushed in. SOLUTION: This cleaning tool for the floor is provided with a cleaning body composed of a horizontally long planar cleaning plate covered with a soft material or napped cloth or the like and extended on the bottom surface side of a planar base and a blade made of a resin or a fiber flocked brush. The cleaning body is formed of an extension part provided with an almost trapezoidal cross section at the side face center part of the cleaning plate, a projection part on the outer side of the extension part and a back part between the extension part and the projection part.
