PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high lift work vehicle which is improved in the working efficiency in which an operator not need walk around the vehicle for operating a jack or ascending/descending a working platform. SOLUTION: The high lift work vehicle comprises an elevating/lowering device 10 having an operation cabin 2a on a forward part and a cargo room 20 on a rear part of a traveling car body 2 and an elevator 10 elevatable/ lowerable between the operation cabin 2a and the cargo room 2, and the working platform 8 arranged in an elevatable/lowering manner by the operation of the elevating/lowering device. The working platform 8 is stored between the operation cabin 2a and the cargo room 20 in a storing attitude, and arranged with one side thereof facing the external side of the car, and an ascending/ descending part 30 is formed on this part. A jack operating device 31 is arranged in the ascending/descending part at the position where a worker located before the ascending/descending part and a worker on the working platform 8 can implement the operation.
