PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact waterproof sheet which substitutes for a cutting board, wherein a waste material such as a paper milk pack is used in place of a conventional cutting board which is inconvenient to handle in cooking at home, in a kitchen, outdoors or the like. SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet 1 comprises a paper base material mainly containing plant pulps and a waterproof layer which is laminated on and integrated with at least one of surfaces of the paper base material. An acute-angled line 2 is provided along a position inward by a required width from an outer periphery of the waterproof sheet having a required form. The outer periphery of the sheet is developed to be flat by spreading the acute-angled line, or the sheet can be bent along the acute-angled line into a container form.
