PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently carry out control over irrigation of a vessel for cultivating plants. SOLUTION: This feed water supply device for cultivating the plants is obtained by arranging a tube (a dripping tube 25) in the vessel 15 for cultivating the plants, connecting a distributing water pipe 4 to one end of the tube, connecting the other end to pegs 26 thrusted into soil and having plural water sprinkling holes and irrigating water from the distributing water pipe 4 through the water sprinkling holes of the pegs 26 in the feed water supply device provided with an installation space for the vessel for cultivating the plants such as a planter 15 or a flowerpot formed in an entrance, etc. of a building and the distribution water pipe 4 embedded in the ground of the installation space and capable of supplying water from the distributing water pipe 4.
