PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal storage heater which stands a long-hour use and can select from a plurality of radiating temperature. SOLUTION: The thermal storage heater comprises a thermal storage body 3, equipped with a thermal storage medium 1 with large supercooling property and a releasing means 2 for releasing the supercooling, a heater 4 for heating the thermal storage body 3 and a coating material 5 with adiathermancy and cushion property. The thermal storage body 3 is divided into a plurality of chambers 6, in each of which, a thermal storage medium 1a, 1b... is sealed. Use of the thermal storage medium 1 with a large supercooling property itself helps curtailing radiation. Further, thermal storage media 1a, 1b,... with different radiation temperature can be selected to radiate.
