PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mattress capable of being placed in its erect state vertically to the floor surface when being folded, and stored in the minimum placing space on the floor surface. SOLUTION: This mattress structure has a long plate-like shape holding member 2 bent in mattress body 1, and a support plate 3 provided in the vicinity of one end of the shape holding member 2 to be raised and laid down. The shape holding member 2 is bent and the support plate 3 is raised to place and erect the mattress body 1 in the folded state vertically to the floor surface.
