PURPOSE: A frozen fish feed for breeding fish is provided, which has plenty of nutriment, easiness in storage and conveyance, and improved productivity by providing a wet feed unlike a conventional dried feed. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: washing and grinding fish; mixing with vegetables; boiling to keep from decay; adding an organic acid such as formic acid, propionic acid and acetic acid, and an inorganic acid such as H2SO4, H3PO4 and HCl to prevent activation of bacteria; adding water in a ratio fish/H2O of 1kg/0.5L; packing and freezing.
