PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten positioning time and to improve operability. SOLUTION: This system is provided with light sources 85 and for projecting a luminous flux to an eye E to be tested, an optometry unit for picking up the image of a reflected luminous flux from the eye E by a two-dimensional image pickup element 89, a display device for displaying the image picked up by the two-dimensional image pickup element 89, driving motors 29, 37 and 45 for respectively driving the optometry unit in front-and-back, left-and- right and up-and-down directions to the eye E, a joystick for instructing the moving direction of the optometry unit and a control means 12 for detecting whether or not the eye E is present within a prescribed range to the optometry unit based on the image picked up by the two-dimensional image pickup element 89 and controlling the driving motors 29, 37 and 45 based on signals from the joystick. The joystick is provided with a printed board 111 for tilting angle detection, a photoencoder 134 for rotation angle detection and a switch 127 for measurement, etc. |
