PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a skin care preparation excellent in skin-moisturizing effect, skin-beautifying effect, rough skinameliorating effect and compatibility with the skin owing to the skin's physiological function improvement resulting from its application, and also high in stability and safety. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by formulating a base of agent for external use with a combination of either one of specific plant extract mixtures including extract mixtures derived from Matricaria chamomilla L., Foeniculum vulgare Miller, Humulus lupulus L., Achillea millefolium L., Melissa officinalis L. and Viscum coloratum Nakai var. lutescens Miyabe et Kudo (or Viscum album L. var. lutescens Makino), at least one extract selected from those derived from a specific plant group and at least one anti- inflammatory agent. The skin is cared for by the use of a combination of at least two selected from the above skin care preparations. |
