PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water resistant and/or humidity resistant foamed fire- proof composition capable preventing a fire and flow out of smoke, flame, or gas emitted by the five, by forming an expanded and foamed insulating carbonized layer by the fire. SOLUTION: This foamed fire-proof composition comprises a thermoplastic resin (A), a rubber material (B), a phosphorus compound (C), and a multifunctional alcohol (D).
