PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic decorative plate capable of raising a hardness of a surface, manufacturing a product having reproducibility of a design and a pattern and having excellent design properties, particularly lustrous feeling, stereoscopic feeling, shadow feeling and depth feeling. SOLUTION: The ceramic decorative plate 10 comprises a base plate 1, a substrate regulating layer 2 on the plate 1, a decorative layer 3 on the layer 2, and a transparent or translucent cured resin layer 4 on the layer 3. The plate 1 has a rugged part on its surface so that a depth from a protrusion to a recess of the rugged part is 80 to 300μm, and the layer 3 contains a repellent for bringing about an irregular state. The plate 10 is obtained by regulating the surface temperature of the plate 1 to 60 to 90 deg.C, providing the layer 2, then regulating the surface temperature of the plate 1 to 50 to 80 deg.C, and then providing the layer 3, and further providing the layer 4.
