PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sorting sampled soil which dispenses with time and labor for drying the sampled soil and requires no broad space. SOLUTION: This clod crusher has wheels (1) for movement and iron straps (3) fixed to a chain (2) on both sides of a platform. The chain (2) works through a gear (4), which in turn, is connected to a gear (5) through the chain (2). The gear (5) is operated by a motor I (6) mounted on the top through a chain (7). On the end upper part of an iron strap conveyor (3), a rotor (8) is installed and activated by a motor II (9) mounted on the top through a V belt (10), a pulley (11), a gear and a chain. Under the rotor (8), a bar screen (12) disposed in a comb-like fashion for sorting soil/sand is arranged. A belt conveyor (13) is arranged under the bar screen (12). |
