PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture two parallelly arranged three-side sealed packages at the same time from a web-like packing film, to obtain a two-row package whose four sides are not sealed but three sides are sealed in order to obtain the same content quantity, and to reduce the use amount of the packing film to enable cost reduction. SOLUTION: A bag making, filling and packing apparatus is equipped with a former 2 for delivering the web-like packing film wound in a roll form to mold the same into a cylindrical packing film 3, a longitudinal sealing means 7 for applying longitudinal seal to the region, wherein the respective end edges of the cylindrical packing film 3 molded by the former 2 are opposed to each other, of the cylindrical packing film 3, a lateral sealing means 8 for applying lateral seal to the cylindrical packing film 3 in such a state that the cylindrical packing film 3 is filled with a product, and a packing film feeder for feeding the packing film 1.
