PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain wiping performance of a wiper over along period of time. SOLUTION: A wiper blade fixture 2 is formed by a first fitting member 4 fitted to the back side of a frame 1 and a second fitting member 5 fitted to a driving arm 3. A support shaft 5 for connecting both of these fitting members 4 and 5 is disposed in parallel to the longitudinal direction of a wiper blade 9, and the first fitting member 4 is freely rotated round the support shaft 6. The turning angle of the first fitting member 4 is regulated to a designated angle or smaller on both sides of an angle vertical to the surface of a window 10 by contact between a side plate 4a of the fitting member 4 and an inner wall of a U-shaped section part of the second fitting member 4, whereby when the wiper blade 9 is deteriorated so that bending of a belt-like part 9b of the tip thereof is decreased, the belt-like part 9b is inclined substantially at a designated angle toward the rear side in the moving direction of the wiper blade 9 and brought into slidable contact with the surface of the window 10 to smoothly slide.
