PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a formed decorative material for holding a suitable open time (about 2 to 5 hours) and easy handling in an execution by eliminating a long open time of conventional wall paper containing a vinyl chloride resin as a main component and a short open time of wall paper containing a non-vinyl chloride aqueous emulsion resin as a main component. SOLUTION: In the foamed decorative material comprising a foamed resin layer containing an aqueous emulsion resin as a main component on a moisture permeable base material. The emulsion resin contains an alkyl (meth)acrylate having a 1-4C alkyl group and a vinyl versate, and a water vapor permeability is 150 to 450 g/m2SN24 h.
