PURPOSE: A transmission error examining device for restricting a call noise output in a radio subscriber network is provided so that communication quality can be improved by restricting the call noise output through a reception terminal, when noise elements are irregularly increased in a radio communication period of a base station and a subscriber terminal. CONSTITUTION: The first digital call path(21) receives digital audio data from an exchange system. An audio compression coding unit(22) compresses the digital audio data. An audio signal transmitter(23) adds a parity bit from a parity generator(24) to the compressed audio data, and radio-transmits the audio data. The parity generator(24) generates a parity bit for parity examination by using the compressed audio data, and outputs the parity bit to the audio signal transmitter(23). A pattern controller(25) controls parity bit generation and examination of the parity generator(24) and a parity confirmation unit(34). An audio signal receiver(31) receives the radio-transmitted data, outputs the data to the parity confirmation unit(34), and outputs the audio data except for the parity bit to an audio compression decoding unit(32). An audio compression decoding unit(32) restores the audio data from the audio signal receiver(31). The second digital call path(33) outputs or mutes the audio data. The parity confirmation unit(34) examines the parity to confirm a data transmission error. When the error is detected, a call path controller(35) prevents the audio data from being output through the second digital call path(33).
