PURPOSE: A trip computer system for an electric car is provided to easily check a time taken in charging, and exactly predict in advance a reachable destination. CONSTITUTION: A use load factor detecting part(1) detects a use of various loads installed on an electric car. An average vehicle speed/distance calculating part(2) calculates a coverable distance according to a vehicle's average speed. A main battery charged amount calculating part(3) detects an output voltage of several main batteries(4) and calculates a charged amount. A trip computer(5) receives a SCO value output from the main battery charged amount calculating part(3), a use load factor output from the use load factor detecting part(1), and a current average vehicle speed to a distance covered output from the average vehicle speed/distance calculating part(2), and displays a coverable distance on a VFD(6) by exactly calculating the same into figures through a predetermined equation.
