PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate motion of removal, etc., of jammed paper by opening and closing a door member by arranging the door member free to open and close on the side part of a device main body on a image formation device to install a large number of sheet trays in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: A vertical sheet carrier passage is provided on a image formation device 1, and the vertical sheet carrier passage can be constituted free to open by opening a door member 33 through a hinge on the deep side. Additionally, a carrier roller pair is provided in correspondence with each of trays in the sheet carrier passage, both of the rollers are constituted free to rotate without releasing a nip of the roller pair by opening the door member, and it is possible to easily remove jammed paper. |
