PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an uneven three-dimensional pattern and raising on the surface of a skin material from transforming with the heat and pressure of the skin material by a forming die in the forming die by which the skin material is formed unevenly with pressuring and heating. SOLUTION: A protective material (2) having an elasticity and heat insulating properties is pasted to a portion, to which the surface side of the skin material is bonded in the forming die (1).
