PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise dressing device capable of preventing transfer of swell caused by transfer of a gear pitch and quality of gear precision. SOLUTION: When an Y-axis motor 10 is driven, a nut member 31 and a third moving body 30 to which the nut member 31 is coupled are moved in the direction of an X-axis through cross roller guide mechanisms 28 and 29. When the third moving body 30 is moved in the direction of the X-axis, guide members 32b and 33b fixed on the third moving body 30 side of which cross roller guide mechanisms 32 and 33 consist are moved in a right direction. When the guide members 32b and 33b are moved, a second moving body 20 is pushed out in the direction of an X-axis along the cross guide mechanisms 28 and 29 together with guide members 32a and 33a in a manner to follow the guide members.
