PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polymerizable composition suitable for obtaining an adhesive for developing excellent adhesive force both to a low polar material to be bonded such as a polyolefin-based resin and a high polar material to be bonded such as a metal in good balance, an adhesive using the polymerizable composition, an adhesive tape and an adhesive sheet using the adhesive. SOLUTION: This polymerizable composition comprises a polymerizable monomer composed of 70-95 wt.% of a 2-18C alkyl group-containing acrylic acid alkyl ester and 5-30 wt.% of N-vinylcarboxylic acid amide and a fixed amount of a polymerization initiator. This adhesive comprises an acrylic copolymer as a main component obtained by polymerizing the polymerizable composition. The adhesive tape and the adhesive sheet is obtained by using the adhesive.
