PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent stacking property without damage of paper by a simple constitution for a continuous discharge in a paper delivering device for pinching and carrying staple treated paper bundles 72 and 74 by a driving roller 45a arranged on a relatively lower side and a driven roller 45b arranged on an upper side and discharging the paper bundles 72 and 74 to an almost side. SOLUTION: Tension is applied to paper 71 on an upper surface side and the paper bundle 72 is curved into a recessed shape and is discharged by applying braking force corresponding to thickness of the paper bundles 72 and 73 to the driven roller 45b and making carrying speed of the paper 71 on the upper surface side of the paper bundle 72 slower than paper on a lower surface side. Therefore, a staple 73 is not caught by a staple 75 of the paper bundle 74 delivered previous time and paper 76 on the upper surface side of the paper bundle 74 and excellent stacking property can be obtained without damage of paper, even if the paper bundle 72 is continuously discharged. The stacking property can be realized by the simple constitution for applying the brake to the driven roller 45b.
