PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refeeding mechanism for disposing of an uppermost sheet stored in a refeeding storage tray during double printing without causing set-off, and an image forming device incorporating the refeeding mechanism. SOLUTION: The image forming device 1 performs printing on the first faces of a plurality of sheets at its image forming part 12 during double printing on the plurality of sheets 4, followed by printing on the second faces of the sheets again at the image forming part 12. The image forming device 1 has the refeeding mechanism 32 comprising a storage part 30 for temporarily storing the plurality of sheets 4 after printing on the first faces and disposing means 38 to be slidably rubbed against the uppermost sheet 4 while contacting the upper most sheet 4 for disposing of the plurality of sheets 4 stored in the storage part 30 in a descending order and feeding them to the image forming part 12. A contact position between the disposing means 38 and the uppermost sheet 4 is set out of an image area formed on the first face of the uppermost sheet 4.
